Weekend Fun

Chris, Colton and I had a fun filled weekend together! Friday night, Chris and I went to eat dinner at Wintzell's for his birthday. Colton spent the night with Big Daddy and Nana and we missed him so much but it was nice to have a date night with just Chris. Saturday morning, Chris and I went garage sale shopping with his parents. We found a few bargains, Chris got an Alabama Golf Bag and 2 golf clubs and I picked up a basketball goal for Colton for a total of $10.00! We then stopped by Bojangles in Northport for a chicken biscuit, Yummy! After breakfast we hit a few more sales but didn't see anything that we thought was a bargain. Around noon, we headed to the river to meet our Sunday School class at the Bama Belle. We had a lunch cruise down the Black Warrior River and we all had so much fun! Later that night we had a few friends over to swim and to cookout at my parents house. Sunday morning Chris had to sing at church and let me just say that he did a wonderful job! I hardly ever get to hear him sing because he is traveling during the weekends, so it was nice to hear him Sunday at church. After church he had to head out to Florence, AL for a concert that night. Colton and I enjoyed our Sunday afternoon together and we had a wonderful dinner at Big Daddy and Nana's house that night. Thanks for the amazing fried pork chops, mashed potatoes, peas and biscuits!
